![]() Microphone Properties window will open, and on the Advanced tab check that it's 1 channel, 16 bit, 44100 Hz (CD Quality) or 48000 (DVD Quality) also, mine has both "Exclusive Mode" boxes checked on that tab.Įssentially, Windows had dumped my custom settings - probably due to USB and/or audio driver updates - so I had to go back through the config guide: I seem to vaguely recall that when I updated to 1709 I had to go into the Windows "Manage Audio Devices" (Sound Control Panel), go to the Recording tab - verify that it shows up as "Microphone - Rocksmith USB Guitar Adapter", set it as the Default Device (at least temporarily), Then select the "Properties" button. Worked like a charm with all my odd end BT devices as soon as it came up.Look the same, file version 4.1 Okay - not sure if this is the issue, but it's worth a shot. Ok and close out of everything and reboot.Select the "Qualcomm Atheros QCA61x4 Bluetooth 4.0" driver.Browse to the Bluetooth installed folder (mine was c:\program files (x86)\bluetooth suite) go to Driver folder (not drivers) and click OK.Choose browse computer, Let me pick from a list. ![]() Bluetooth 4.0 / HS" and right click to update driver After reboot, go to Device Manager, find "Qualcomm Atheros AR3012.Install Atheros BT-8.0.1.305/314 or 318 (I used 318) using Windows 8 Compatibility mode and Run as Administrator. ![]()
